I ordered it at lunch time on Wednesday...and it came today.
Is that fast service or what?
What did? My new all singing all dancing Camera(well it will be all singing, all dancing when I figure out what music to play).
We were out when the package arrived......well not really a package, but a large box.
Heavy it was too.
One of my neighbours kindly took the box off the postal delivery lady...then went out.
So I didn't get to fondle my new camera until late this afternoon.
It is awesome........Red, and it has two lenses and a couple of lens attachments,
a hotshoe Flash, and a mini tripod and a full size tripod......and lots of other goodies too.
It was a bit like Christmas, you think you have opened everything, and then you find another little package lurking at the bottom of the box.
When I opened the box that the camera was in it looked like there was a telephone directory sat at the bottom ....these were the destructions.......OK, there were about five separate books for the different languages.......I have glanced at the one in English, and at the moment it is greek to me.
I put the battery on charge, and inserted the memory card into the camera......then all I could do was look at the buttons and look at the destruction book to work out what does what.
Apart from the interchangeable lenses it is very similar to my other good camera.
I just hope that I will grow into it....I will certainly try and do it justice.......anyway I'm sure you will let me know if my pictures are 'pants'....they will be appearing on the blogs at some point.
