I think you will find that Dr Aitkens actually died from a head injury when he fell...not renal failure or heart disease......my Nutrition friend does not recommend the diet but suggests if anyone...

My eczema is also 'cured' too through her advise. I now don't use steroid handcream at all. I still have to moisturise them everyday and use Elderflower Hand Cream from Neals Yard...
